  •  After booking, we move on to your consultation to finalize your design, sketch, and pricing.

  • You'll receive a contract, and the initial deposit is due 10 days following the date, locking in your order.

  • When your garment is complete, you'll receive an official photo and shipping or pick-up details.

 

2. How much will a custom garment cost?

  • Prices vary based on design, fabric, size, and complexity.

  • Custom dress starts at $500.00.

  • Prom pricing starts at $1,250.00.

  • Sequin designs start at $1,350.00.

  • Rhinestone and crystal designs start at $1,600.00.

  • Full rhinestone dresses start at $2,000.00.

 

3. How far in advance should I order?

  • We recommend ordering at least 3 months in advance to account for potential delays.

4. What is the process for choosing fabrics and materials?

  • Fabric options are discussed during the consultation, and alternative choices can be provided afterward.

5. How many fittings will be needed, and what should I expect during them?

  • Local clients may require 1-2 fittings, depending on the design.

  •  For out-of-state clients, we offer recommendations to ensure a perfect fit.

 

6. Can I make changes to the design during the process?

  • Changes can be made until production starts, but some may affect the price.

  • No major changes are allowed once production begins.

 

7. What is the payment schedule for a custom garment?

  • Garments under $600.00 must be paid in full before production.

  • For dresses over $600.00: A consultation fee is due upon booking.

  • 50% is due 10 days after your consultation, with the remainder due before shipping.

  •  Payment arrangements may be considered based on the garment's price.

 

8. How do you handle alterations or adjustments after the garment is completed?

  •  If major adjustments are needed beyond our control, we'll reimburse the alteration charge.

 

9. What is the cancellation or refund policy for custom orders?

  •  No refund on the deposit after production starts.

  •  No full refunds unless the dress is unwearable.

 

10. Do I need to provide measurements, or will you take them?

  •   We'll take your measurements virtually during the consultation.
